Federation D is a Drivers’ agency. Newly set up in November 2009, we currently represent 4 drivers from the drifting community. We aim to enable drivers to do Motorsport as a full-time profession.

After a year of success in both local and international competitions, we are now bringing the action home to Malaysia, by updating our fans and readers through a Celebration Party hosted by Federation D.

During this event, you’ll be able to see and meet your favourite teams, buy merchandise,

get freebies, see a live BURNOUT by drift cars, and take pics with Drivers, and more than 18 Paddock Queens!

Expected having media such as TV3, Astro, many different Magazines, and Newspapers covering the event. With any luck, ESPN will be there too!

FederationD's Sponsor Day Out ( Part 1 )

Alright, things start off on the Sunday morning which the date lands on 31st of October 2010 and we had out sponsors day out event at Elite Speedway Track which is located @ USJ. I want to thanks Lht, Alex for guiding me to the USJ Elite track and thanks for inviting me to this event. This is awesome event where I get to meet other fellow members and also drifters in Federation D such as Tengku Djan, Ivan Lau, Tan Tat Wei, & Mervyn Nakamura. Besides that, get to meet new people such as Ryan Siew, Siva and many more. So below are the itinerary of that day's event so have a view yeah.

Itinerary

0500 - Media crew, Pit crew, Support crew were up and about getting the cars, food, and equipment  

loaded.

0700 - Crew begins setup of the venue at Speedway Plus

0730 - Arrival of Phat Fabes ( Fly Fm DJ / Announcer )

0830 - Arrival of Sponsors, first in Federal, mygoldenduck, and TLKG.

0900-1130 - Celebrity Driftology part 1.1 : Safety briefing by Tengku Djan

Federation D Presents Nissan S14: Drift Car Construction

Federation D proudly presents one of its drift machine which is a under construction Nissan S14. The pictures below shows the progress of the whole car is being done by purchasing the SR20 Engine, parts, Accessories, roll cage and etc.

Installing the gearbox

New 2-way LSD (limited slip differential; essential for drifting) at the rear axle, between the 2 Rear Tyres. By seeing the exterior, that shows 2 shiny new cogs. The engine (through the clutch) connects to the gearbox which connects to the LSD.

The interior necessities have just been re-installed. dashboard should be in soon enough

Progress Update : Car is almost done... ~ 80%

Engine bay-passenger side : The custom exhaust manifold and header, with a waste gate attached (blue cap). This then connects to the turbocharger below (with a cloth sticking out).

Front-mounted intercooler. Just behind it is a small oil cooler. New piping can be seen entering and exiting the intercooler.
